Tucker Carlson heaped praise on Moscow during an off-the cuff chat with a Russian journalist while he's in the city for his controversial interview with the country's President Vladimir Putin.
On Wednesday morning, Russian state news agency TASS confirmed with the Kremlin that the interview has already taken place - it will be the first with an American journalist since 2021.
Russian leader’s press secretary Dmitry Peskov said that it will be released as soon as it's 'prepared', while TASS said it will likely be uploaded to Carlson's website and X account.

Don’t take this wrong, because I thought Carlson was the best, and I quit FN when they tanked him, but his motives appear self serving, becuase you are right, to be purely strategic about the information, the sooner he got it out there, the less chance the MSM and the lefties would have had to build their own narrative.
However, I believe Tucker is trying to build up his own brand, and he no longer has a huuuuge media conglomerate as his platform, so he is likely following that old dictum all all press is good press and that there is no such thing as bad publicity. In other words, the controversy his playing into his hands.
The same hardcore left that keeps telling us how communism is gud and would still be praising Russia and Putin today if Putin hadnt rejected American Communists, Obama and Hillary, from trying to invade his turf.
