For the third time this week, President Biden told an audience that he discussed the Jan, 6, 2021, riot at the US Capitol with European leaders who were actually dead at the time.
On Wednesday, Biden told Democratic donors in New York that he spoke about the riot with former German Chancellor Helmut Kohl, whose death pre-dates the event by nearly half a decade.
The shocking gaffe comes just days after the 81-year-old president confused French President Emmanuel Macron with the country’s ex-leader Francois Mitterrand — who died in 1996.
Biden made the blunder Wednesday in front of audiences at two separate fundraisers as he regaled donors with an anecdote about his first international trip as president – to the 2021 G-7 summit in Great Britain – after his 2020 election win over former President Donald Trump.
“I showed up … and I sat down and said, ‘America’s back,’ and [French President Emmanuel] Macron looked at me and said, ‘For how long?’ How long? Not a joke,” Biden recalled, according to a pool report of the president’s stop at the home of Maureen White, whose husband Steven Rattner manages billionaire former Mayor Michael Bloomberg’s fortune.
“Helmut Kohl said, ‘Joe, what would you think if you picked up the phone and picked up the paper tomorrow and learned in the London Times, on the front page, that 1,000 people stormed the Parliament, broke down the doors of the House of Commons and killed 2 bobbies in the process … trying to stop the election of a prime minister?’” he added.
Kohl, who served as the chancellor of Germany from 1982 to1998, died in 2017 – nearly four years before the 2021 G7 summit.

Perhaps his Obammy handlers want to kick him to the street and are putting up this weird stuff on his teleprompter to hasten his exit before the Demoncrap nominating convention? He cannot really bet so stupid and inept to be coming up with this talking-to-dead-people comedy show on his own.
Since Biden decided not to be at the Super Bowl, his next TV appearance will be as a guest on “I’m Not Dead Yet”.

Part of his speech therapy to overcome his stutter was to name a dead European leader in a fictional scenario. This would immediately boost his self esteem with a side benefit of making people want to vote him.
We’ll have to wait & see.

Very simple explnation for these recent events: he sees dead people.

No, Biden might actually be talking to Mitterand and Kohl. People who are very close death begin to see those they will spend eternity with. Where do you suppose those tow are right now?
I think they might wait until way after May. It will keep the commie relacement from having to campaign much. That person can step in and save the day. It will also give our side less time to pick away at the new commie.
Unless the old fart kicks the bucket earlier than that.

Note that McConnell and Schumer the other day referenced the horrific immigration/Ukraine billions bill as a product of “the Firm”, meaning the Senate/government combine. I was unaware that there is a “firm” anywhere in the world’s governments other than the British royal family, which really doesn’t govern but calls itself “the firm”. The “firm” in the US is the people, NOT a few legislators who got rich off them and intend to continue to do so, no matter the conseqences to the people they supposedly “represent”.
That’s the problem...Dem voters don’t “think”. If they did, they would conclude that abortion is “murder”...not some kind of freedom.
When Joe told that story recently, he claimed he said it to French President [François] Mitterand . Mitterand's been dead since 1996.
