I found it interesting that the new man Zelensky chose to run the Ukraine military, Oleksandr Syrsky, was born near Moscow, and attended a Russian military institute. He speaks mainly Russian, and speaks “Ukrainian” dialect badly. His father was a colonel in the Russian army, and Syrsky’s parents and siblings all live in Moscow.
But tell me again how Ukraine is a free and independent nation with a long history separate from Russia, and in fact Ukraine has nothing to do with Russia.
The Ukrainians don’t want to be ruled by Russia. Seems like a very reasonable attitude.
