The nice parts are very nice. But Moscow is a huge city, and I’m sure there are not so nice parts of the city.

There is a young lady who for years (extending back pre 2022) has had a Youtube channel showing life in the world’s coldest city, Yakutsk, in Russia.

It is true that affluent Russians tend to live in the city while the affluent live in the suburbs here. That's one of the reasons.
