You do know that after Віктор Федорович Янукови had over 100 civilians murdered the public turned against him, he fled from his duties and the parliament removed him from office. Some members of his own party voted to remove him from office.
His claims about Ukrainians surrendering to Russians because they know they will be treated well is utter nonsense.
The Russians don't evacuate their own wounded, and they have murdered hundreds of Ukrainian POWs.
Anyone who believes anything MacGregor says is either totally ignorant or a Russian shill.
Given that the video is actually from August 21, 2023, it tells us nothing about the situation today. And MacGregor's predictions in the video are obviously wrong.
