I don’t know much about him, but the media is clearly caught off guard. He’s not playing their game. He is not cowed by their “intimidating” interrogation. He despises their precious prime minister. The reporter keeps repeating questions, because he doesn’t like the answers. So he tries again. The reporter pointed out that people were demonstrating in the street — Galloway basically says “I won a great thumping victory! The people chose me! The other side lost by a huge margin. There may be SOME people in the street, but most of the people are clearly very happy with me. You just don’t get it.”
I think I might like this guy.

This guy won less than 40% of the vote in election with six candidates. Yet, he claims that he won a “majority” of votes. Why is it that Brits don’t understand the difference between a majority and a plurality? A majority means more than 50%.
