Probably. Nothing’s real anymore.

(The above is not a statement of fact. It is either opinion, or satire, or both.)

Well, I think that's an Argali (the sheep species from the article), which is not so small as a Bighorn.
And secondly, you know the trick where a fisherman holds his catch way in front of himself, hiding his arms behind it to make it look bigger from the camera's perspective? That's what's going on the photo- look carefully- the guy is sitting so far behind the sheep he can't even touch it. It's just a perspective game. And they also clearly used a short focal-length lens, which makes background objects (like the hunter's head) appear smaller...

https://profihunt.com/en/hunt/altai-argali-in-mongolia
Mongolia is the only country where hunting for the Altay argali is legal. Mongolian mountain desert steppe is an ideal habitat for Sheep and Ibex. This country became one of the most popular destinations for mountain hunters who expect a well-organized hunt.
The average trophy size is 52-54 inches, with a number of trophies taken in excess of 55-58 inches.
This magnificent Sheep inhabits Altay Mountains of western Mongolia, Russia and Kazakhstan.
