You really think the defense “ monitoring” the situation is going to make one bit of difference?
How can you not see that the fix is in?
So I guess you think the defense should just pack up, and in their fiduciary relationship with their clients, advise them to plead guilty and not waste their money on any further defense. Because if the fix is in, then what’s the point?
