Delta-8 products are not controlled by the Feds, and are legal in most states. I tried a few gummies to help with sleep a couple of years ago. Didn’t really help with sleep, a slight high, but nothing compared to the pot I used back in the ‘70s. I tossed the remainder of the package.
Downside, Delta-8 will return a positive result on a test for marijuana use. Didn’t help with sleep, didn’t make me feel good, why bother?
Why do they call it ‘diet weed’? The only thing I saw in the article that might explain that is the possible side effect of vomiting...

Typical of the hand-wringers. For decades they’ve been crying “weed has gotten so much stronger, it’s not the old days”. Now they’re freaking out over weak weed. In the end what they’re really worried about is people having fun.
