Does Benedict Cumberbatch play any character type besides the insufferable, 500 IQ, solves problems no one else can type characters like he did with Sherlock, Khan, and Alan Turing?

Yes Cumberbach has played a vast number of roles. He is a veteran theater actor among other things. His list of productions is rather formidable.

He was in Warhorse and 1917 if you want another type of character.

He can certainly do the “brutality” part of Ian Flemings character. And he does look the part, as described by Fleming.

Re: "500 IQ Benedict Cumberbatch"

You forgot to mention Dr. Strange, who has defeated powerful villains at several previously unknown bus stops on the Multiverse route.

He’s very down to Earth as Dr. Strange, plays the role well without coming off as an autist ghost like he did in Sherlock.
