They did it in 1999 before the 2nd Chechnya war, and looks like they did it again.
Ukraine will be blamed by Russia, regardless.
Then they will use manufactured “just anger” to announce 500K conscription to go all in into the Ukraine.
Doubtful. If a bomb blew up, you could make an argument, But I don’t see FSB men doing a suicide attack where they are certain to get killed.
This has Chechen all over it.
