How odd that the confluence of a US-based, Austrian-managed website in posted with a graphic from an unrelated site managed by a Belarus operator, a site publishing in Russian, Belarusian and English. Interesting that the nameservers for c97 are also located in the US, not in Belarus nor the EU. Kansas, it is.
