My son, an operations manager for a good size consyruction company will tell you...whiteys can’t pass drug tests, don’t show up for interviews, are not reliable...etc. He wishes it were not so...

And true for most assembly line work, like meat packing, furniture manufacturing and throughout most all industry.

I will freely admit there is another issue involved in this...all the freebies the girlfriends or wives of illegas get, ie food, housing, education, healthcare subsidies one way or another..thx to the idiot Libs...whiteys generally do not get same.
