I’d say by the end of April give or take a couple weeks. Clearing the ship channel will be a priority for everyone involved.
If the Navy was still active in Baltimore they’d have it cleared in the next few days. Probably before dinner time on Friday.
I agree, this is a temporary problem for shipping, a much longer problem for auto/truck traffic. Will be interesting to see have fast they can clear a suitable channel for shipping.
