I got up this morning. I Looked at my phone to check the news and saw the video. My immediate reaction was a floating 9/11. It could have been an innocent and very stupid accident. Just tell us what whoever was behind the wheel said happened and then we can put the speculation to rest. I don’t think that’s out of line to expect.
