Revoking a license is no guarantee a person will not drive anyway.
People with multiple DUIs do it all the time.....only thing that stops driving without a license is jailtime.....unfortunately as in this case, it’s way too late.
I’m a city prosecutor. 90% of the driving without a license cases I see are illegal aliens. The other 10% are either kids using mom’s car or have a driving record as long as your arm, most of it for DWI.
