US District Judge Ana Reyes, a Biden appointee, blasted Biden’s DOJ for ignoring subpoenas issued to two DOJ lawyers in the tax division WRT their role in Hunter Biden’s federal investigation.
REYES: “There’s a person in jail right now because you all brought a criminal lawsuit against him because he did not appear for a House subpoena,” Judge Reyes said, referring to Peter Navarro. “And now you guys are flouting those subpoenas. … And now say you don’t have to show up?”
REYES via Politico: “I think it’s quite rich you guys pursue criminal investigations and put people in jail for not showing up (as the law stipulates), but then direct current executive branch employees to take the same jail-worthy approach. You all are making a bunch of arguments that you would never accept from any other litigant.”
Not the first time a Democrat judge has verbally confronted the unlawful actions of her political party.

If the Judge had any real character and believed in right and wrong, she would have ordered the DOJ Attorney to return in 3 days with Criminal Indictments against the two or be found in Contempt and JAILED for 30 days, referred for Criminal Prosecution for Conspiracy to Obstruct Justice, referred for Disbarment and bring your toothbrush next time you come to my court.
As if the DOJ cares what a judge says.
