Former President Donald Trump has challenged Judge Juan Merchan over an expanded gag order that now includes his daughter, Loren. Trump has expressed his willingness to go to jail for violating the gag order, comparing his situation to that of Nelson Mandela and stating it would be a ‘great honor’ and a sacrifice for a worthy cause.

One of the most core American principles is the Right To Free Speech.

We think so much of it we enshrined it in the FIRST Amendment (and then we backed it up with the 2nd Amendment as an enforcer of those rights).

And within Free Speech, “political” speech is some of the most protected and valued types of Free Speech.

I don’t think a “judge” named Juan should be out there trying to lynch an American former POTUS. He should save that crap for Barry Sombrero of Indonesia, Kenya and Hawaii.

I think gag orders do have a place. They are used to ensure the accused gets a fair trial. The gag order prevents releasing information that might contaminate the jury pool. That’s obviously not the case here.

Dems twist the laws so they become unrecognizable. Using RICO in GA? Who are they kidding? In fact all of Trump's persecutions are as ridiculous.

Two lawyers have said, in as many words, that going before a judge even if the facts and the law are in your favor is a “crap shoot.” If the probability of a bad outcome is, say 30% and you have to roll the dice three times, you’re likely to get that bad outcome. I think that is the Democrat’s plan. They’ll say, “hey, you can’t run a convicted criminal for president.” As ridiculous as it is, it will affect the votes he gets...or doesn’t get. All they have to do is get it down to where their cheating will carry the day. And then, only in a handful of states and critical districts. I suspect Biden won mostly because of Zuckerbucks.

That's EXACTLY their plan.

And the GOPe will roll over and say, “Whew! We got our party back.” So the establishment GOP is complicit in these persecutions of President Trump.
