Statistically, people who have genetic roots in a specific certain region of the world are known to do poorly on IQ tests.
Until that fact is widely known and accepted as the truth, ANYTHING offered as a reason or excuse for their failure is offered in vain. NO problem can be solved until the problem is accurately identified and few wish to accurately identify this problem. It is a curse to know the truth.
