Why would "global warming" cause Lake Michigan to rise? There are no melting glaciers feeding it, and it's 577 feet above sea level. I thought "global warming" was supposed to cause terrible, devastating droughts, which would certainly cause the Great Lakes to fall, not to rise.

Add to that the fact that the land is still rising after the weight of the glaciers was gone. It’s something like a quarter inch every decade or so IIRC.

Oh, the lie never takes a holiday.
Truth is because or the retreat of said glaciers some land is rebounding, while others “sink” in relation to it.
