I was pretty unhappy after reading FR concerning aid to Ukraine and the funding bill before the House.

I was convinced that Johnson was going against the will of a majority of House Republicans and was going to try to pass the bill anyway.

Turns out a solid majority, nearly an overwhelming number, of House Republicans supported the bill, which included Ukraine aid.

So, is it our position that we want a Speaker who works against the majority of House Republicans?

You bring up a pertinent point. The problem isn’t just Johnson’s weakness in caving to the Democrats. It’s that most of the GOP are weak and caving to the Democrats. But then again, perhaps the term “caving” isn’t accurate. More like... “assisting” the Democrats... and Johnson is just their current “leader”. I mean... look at the AH we still have as our GOP “leader” of the Senate.

No, we want a Speaker who works FOR Americans,
Not for warrantless spying on citizens by the corrupt politicized deepState DOJ,
and - if he’s (and all the other RINOs) going to be a whore for Ukraine funding at least get paid for our border; he had an unbeatable hand yet he raised his skirt and bent over while smiling.
