If I had thought of you I would of course not included you as someone who wouldn’t be a supporter of draft dodgers.
Not 100% sure of this, but I think a person in a country not his own whose passport expires becomes a state-less person.
This entitles that person to refugee status at any UN facility. I do not think a state-less person can be deported anywhere.

as we are now older and hopefully somewhat wiser, we can recognize a much wider range of the (hate to use the word) paradigm.
