Well, the cicadas aren’t expecting free room and board, free healthcare, free education, free houses, free money for sitting on their behinds. They aren’t stealing homes by squatting or punching innocent women and children on the street. So, yeah, the cicadas can stay, and ship off the freeloaders to anywhere but here.
