After the second shot of Moderna, I lost my sense of smell and taste have NOT regained them in three years.

I’m not being nosy, but if you haven’t seen anyone, you should, just to make sure you know what’s going on.
If it hasn’t been mentioned or you haven’t tried it, olfactory training for the loss of smell might be worth a try.
As for the other, the needle-in-the-neck therapy, I forget at the moment the proper name, is being tried.
Has anyone told you it was due to Covid, not the vaccine ? That seems to be the going theory — and that you should get over it in a couple years at most.
