I guess there’s a psychological basis for Hollywood’s long-standing interest and attraction to sex with young adults or even children - Hollywood is all about surface image, beauty, fake purity, and especially narcissism. Its an entire enterprise built on it.
As with (especially male) homosexuals, there is a cult of youth around it. I imagine it attracts exactly the same sort of mindset
