LOL!! I have no idea what you're talking about. And as for that hybrid well, you better take it back to Chapel Hill. When emissions tests come, apparently you can tweak the mix so the car will run lean and then crank it back up after the test. It does work but I don't worry about it that much. I only go to those after I receive a couple of threatening letters every few years from the DMV.

All 1996 and newer cars record data in what is called an "OBD II" or "On-Board Diagnostics II" systems.
I do not know exactly what data these record on YOUR car, but check out this article:
