Divorce court grants visitation rights - for dog

I don't know about a victory for animal rights, but hey animals need love from all the people they can get. One person can love a dog, but two can do even better. As for the divorce, well that's another story. The problem being is that I think this man was probably doing it more to get back at the woman than concern for the dog.
