FREEPers: SOMEONE EXPLAIN THE SHOWER JOKE TO ME!
Free Republic ^

I think I remember the first time I heard the "shower" joke, but it's been lost in the shuffle!
SOME FREEPERs who were there when it started,
PLEASE EXPLAIN THE 'TIME TO GET IN THE SHOWER' JOKE for your less-informed fellow FREEPers.
This is getting to be along the line with "all your base are belong to us" on this web site!

Someday someone here is going to create a picture of the "showering cheese moose" statue. This will undoubtedly become a staple of FreeRepublic, to be posted and referred to again and again. Who out there is artist enough to take up this challenge?

You are one strange character. I like that in a person.

I'm usually at the thread when these things start, but I missed this one. I believe it has something to do with a Freeper making a comment that she was taking a shower while news was breaking and then the thread was hijacked after that. I think it means that something usually happens when you're off doing something away from FR.

Yoo Hoo! Registered, you might want to consider the concept of the "Showering Cheese Moose" statue? See above for details.
