Good Morning Class. Welcome to School!

Here is my example with WFTD.

While he noted that the circuit's rulings automatically are blocked, or "stayed," for 45 days to give parties time to appeal, he said he wanted to clear up any confusion in the national furor that followed the decision.

"It was a bit of fire control. It's kind of a squirt of a little coolant on the fire until it calms down," said Goodwin, appointed to the bench in 1971 by President Nixon. "I didn't consider it caving in to pressure."

He said the court has been flooded with messages from school districts, in addition to "mindless telephone and e-mail traffic that was tying up the clerk's office and some of the other judges."

An athiest’s agenda most temerarious
With a decision that made us furious
“Mindless calls”
In hallowed halls
This court takes PC to serious!

What really fries my backside about this judge is that he has the never to say his opinion was correct, when in a year, the Supreme Court has overturned 4 of his opinions. The 9th Circus Court is the most overturned court in the nation. The liberals and their temerarious fight to outlaw everything except what they like is going to turn this great place into a nation of wimps and whiners.

Wwwaaaaa, he hurt my feelings, I’m going to sue! Waaaaaaaaa!

first? Top 10?

Hillary is grossly evil. This is 144 times more than Tom Douchel's standard evil.

A word of warning to anyone here who is temerarious enough to live in Washington state: Call someone an "Oriental," go to jail.

(Keep this story in mind next time everyone laughs at us Californians, eh?)

Good morning Miss Rika. I was out of town (down on the Mexican border in Mission, TX) and without access to the internet all of last week. And yesterday, when I got back to work, my docking station went haywire and wouldn't allow my computer to boot up. And today, after getting a new docking station, my computer kept locking up and requiring a reboot. So my absences and this morning's tardiness are all excused. Do you need a note from anyone for all this?

Good Morning All,

Gee, first in the door and then the four letter word rears its ugly head and I can't get back for an hour.

Here goes.

The tree is really no bruiser.
He thinks the Supremes a chooser.
He's not prone to cuss,
Temerarious
Said Al, "I'm a true sore loser."

Garde la Foi, mes amis! Jamais reculez á tyrannie un pouce!
(Keep the Faith, my friends! Never give an inch to tyranny!)

Algore! Again!

The new Algore we are told,
Will be more real,
Will be more bold.
Without the polls to form his mind
He'll be himself,
Its true! This time.
But if that seems temararious
Remember dems are quite nefarious
So when he prances and dances
With same old fuss,
If we buy this ruse
It's fool us twice time and shame on us.

regards

It's not exactly temerarious of (probably conservative) Canadians to move to the U.S. in ever-increasing numbers.

YESTERDAY IN HISTORY ….. WITHHOLDING. 1943

I missed this hideous anniversary yesterday, July 1st. But, better late than never.

July 1, 1943 was the day the modern era of income tax withholding began. The politicians told the American people that the withholding program would only last until the end of World War II. After the war we would go back to the tried-and-true system of Americans figuring out how much tax they owed at the end of every year and writing a check.

So … Fifty-nine years ago Americans stopped knowing how much they earned. They started knowing what they “took home.”

Fifty-nine years ago Americans stopped knowing how much they paid in federal income taxes, they only knew how much they were “getting back.”

The withholding system has been the magic enabler that has allowed politicians to raise taxes and spending year after year after year without any repercussions from the electorate. When the final history of the destruction of freedom is written, July 1, 1943 will be much-lamented date.

here

If one were temerarious
And wanted to live precarious
They'd send in their tax
All in one batch
Instead of this scheme neferious.

Homework:

They already have temperarious problems in the Southwurst because it's been so hot for so long.

But if stays dry, they'll get brush fire problems like they already face further west.
