It's just common courtesy to ask why a post got pulled rather than air it for all to see. It probably was pulled for a good reason. I have had a couple pulled myself over the years

If they routinely answered the questions they get via private mail, I would agree. However, it does not happen with any regularity. As far as being his guests, I am a full believer in private ownership. You will find no one who champions that more than I. However, if you want people to 'buy' your product, you had better deliver.
