Little known fact - rigor mortis releases after 36 hours or so, less for a smaller corpse. And you can reposition a body that is in full rigor, it is difficult, but it is done in funereal home around the world

Yes, I have knowledge of such, first hand!
But it is entirely impossible for a person to ackomplish this without prior knowledge on how, or without leaving his trace all over the place! It would also be very apparent that this was done to the body!

Did the police ever look at the van?

Don't know. Likely not.

And, where is the van now?

Damon sold it right after the 16th. Got em a new BMW !!!!!!

I heard last week that Brenda moved to a new house? Is that correct? Did Damon move with her?

No proof. Seems like it was actually a rumor started by some radio station. I believed they had to retract it.

The people in San Diego seem to be sitting on the fence, the Media however has already convicted him!
I still have a lot of questions about Neal, he was a
freeky computer NERD don't you agree?

Oh, Fres, dear, it appears we are closing in on August 1 here pretty quickly. Will you be providing an extra-special 666 prize for that notorious occasion? (shiver)

No, unfortunately, the police only seem to have looked at evidence pointing to Westerfield. They didn't bother to go thru the Van Dam damn van, or any of the pizza partier's cars.

Shortly after Danielle's disappearance, Damon sold the van. Wonder why? Wonder more why the police weren't curious.

Interesting, isn't it?

I'm sure this has been debated before...and I'm in no way up for a debate this evening, but what kind of people put $100,000 insurance on their child? I've heard of $5,000 (for burial costs, God forbid)...but $100k?

$100 K seems a little steep to me also. Darlie Routier, who's sitting on TX death row for stabbing her two little boys to death, only did it for $5,000.

Now *if* there was indeed a 100k policy on Danielle, I'd like to know *when* it was purchased and what exactly they did with the $$$.
