I'm going to have to do both a computer file and print outs.

And I've got 11 of them to do.

OTOH, the payment will more than cover my costs for Jax in school for a month!!!!

I would go with the PowerPoint option then.
Just make sure that the person you're sending the file to has the same version, or newer, of PowerPoint that you do.
