Of course hobbes thought that Torch would resign his seat. That is incorrect. I stated yesterday, that he would withdrawl. and he did.

That having been said, the real question is what happens when they lose the Ballotting replacement argument.I am worried that they may attempt a resignation/designation scam, still.....
