I listened to the first link at the beginning of this thread, but haven't had a chance to listen to the rest. My Court TV wasn't showing the tapes yet here. I know Rick Roberts will be playing during his show today. Market is closed (down 145) and I'm about ready to hop on the freeway. I'll check out the radio ... I think I might be able to get Rick Roberts on the Santa Monica Freeway. I'll be relying on your reports as to what's on TV re this. :)

I just heard ctv say that judge mudd declared that interrogation to be custodial..was it custodial because of the search warrants for his hair, nails etc.? Because the 48 hour rule was not met..they went beyond 48 hrs didn't that? What is the difference between custodial and holding for probable cause?
