On one of those Dateline exposes of spring break behavior, as I recall, many of the kids expressly stated that whatever they did on spring break - no matter how debauched - didn't matter, because it all "stayed there." Considering how many get raped or pick up STDs in the course of partying in Cancun, Daytona or wherever, I find it hard to believe that anyone could remain quite that compartmentalized.

The former president will make his first post-presidential public appearance in Minnesota on April 13 at Beth El Synagogue in St. Louis Park. "He's a world leader, he's an ex-president, he's a charismatic political figure, and we just thought it was a great opportunity," said Marlys Badzin, program chairwoman of Beth El's annual fundraiser.

During 2001, his first year out of office, Clinton earned $9.2 million giving 59 talks for fees ranging from $28,100 to $350,000, according to disclosure reports. Badzin declined to divulge how much he will be paid for his April speech. link
