On Fox just now, Geraldo said that it was a smear campaign by his former employer. They couldn't compete with him so they lied about him being kicked out.
What a concept!
If this is true, cnn has just driven a stake through its own black heart.

So has Geraldo been kicked out or is it just a smear by MSNBC?

Clinton and Schumer are jockeying for the better seating position at Moynihan's funeralMaybe she should angle for a bird's eye view from inside the casket. (Witch!) Actually, since she violated the family's wishes to announce the death at a time of their choosing, they should inform her bluntly that she's not invited at all.

I don't think that there are words in the English language that would decribe that depths that this woman would go through to make sure that its " All About Her".

Actually, since she violated the family's wishes to announce the death at a time of their choosing, they should inform her bluntly that she's not invited at all. She likes to take advantage of dead men, doesn't she. First Wellstone, now Moynihan. Disgusting behavior. But not surprising for her cynical opportunism.

Weasel.
I am trying to screw George Bush, but the Americans are telling me to make love to myself. At my age that is difficult. I want to make love not war, but I can't do either very well.

The NY Post's and AP's
account of the Moynihan funeral mass pointedly didn't even mention Hitlery's presence (assuming she was there, after all). That's a shame.
To: mountaineer
NOBODY is mentioning the mass and the PIAPS - no one.
Bless her heart.

Hope you had a nice get-together. Hey, where is everyone? Slow night!
To: mountaineer; *The GUILD
Good evening. Slower than molasses tonight.
If everyone had what Endeavor and I had for dinner, they may all be sleeping it off. Way too much bbq which we enjoyed over the course of an hour on a lovely hill country evening.
Don't miss the opportunity to meet your online friends people. Putting a face with the name is a great thing and you're cheating yourselves if you fail to do so.
Cheers all.

You're right about that, JL. I've really enjoyed meeting other freepers in person, whether in Paris or at freeping events, and look forward to the opportunity to meet more of you all, someday.

Gee golly PINW I believe
you're the only person who has made those statements.
Here's the dilly-o, we'd be making fun of ANYONE who wore clothing like that in the post. But you know that.
You dims really should get a new strategery, this one isn't working anymore... although we do enjoy laughing at you.
To: lodwick; Endeavor
Sounds like you two had a good time and now I'm hungry for BBQ. Lucky break, I have some pulled pork in the frig. :-)

Just got back from dropping off some items for the troops at the local bank. They had info there from the Red Cross about what to donate, and in addition to the obvious (lip balm, toothpaste, snacks) there are few items that we may not have considered: feminine hygiene products, nail files/emery boards, deodorant, contact lens solution, and BandAids, to mention a few. Of course, as soon as I dropped off the hand lotion, toothpaste, lip balm and Kleenex packets I had picked up at Wal-Mart, I wished I had bought more stuff!
In other news (Page Six):
JOHN Kerry gets no respect in conservative Palm Beach. At a glitzy dinner hosted by Donald Trump at Mar-a-Lago, 500 well-heeled guests, including the presidential hopeful and his wife, Teresa Heinz, were treated to a concert by Paul Anka. The Post's Braden Keil reports that between moving tributes to Frank Sinatra, Sammy Davis Jr. and our soldiers in Iraq, Anka recognized several notables in the crowd - but not the Massachusetts senator. And when Anka asked, "Isn't George W. [Bush] doing a marvelous job?" there was thunderous applause. Those cheering included Teresa Heinz.
