Suspect Held On Bail

MANCHESTER, N.H. -- Police said that a Manchester man had a tough day Sunday.
It started, police say, when 33-year-old Robert Eastman tried to buy some cocaine and his dealer took off with his $100.
Eastman reported the theft to police, who arrested him on a warrant for failing to pay fines.
Then, Eastman's Manchester apartment caught fire Sunday night, causing about $5,000 in damage.
Eastman was being held on $650.
