Taurus has an excellent warranty that we used once with zero problems or complaints. It is just that about one in five of their guns seems to need to be returned. This seems to be common problem for Taurus, so it is a great thing that they have ane excellent warrantee program.

I hope they improve their quality as their firearms are of excellent user design.

I've owned, and continue to own, several Taurus guns, including their 38 Special, etc. All have operated flawlessly. If you claim a 20% failure rate, I'd be willing to bet $1K you are wrong BY MORE THAN 50%. And, if you want to get down to it, I bet their failure rate is less than 2%. (Probably less than 1%...)
