The real story is that Rush might be looking at the third seat in the booth. When I asked the question on the MNF chat page they omitted it for some reason.

Having women cover football is nothing more than PC window dressing.
Having gotten that harsh yet true comment out of the way - Melissa is a talented reporter, has good professionalism, and is a cutie. Lisa is far less professional (she comes across as trashy) and far less talented as a reporter, but she is hot.
