Anyone notice how almost every movie out this weekend has a main character who speaks with a British accent?
1. 28 Days Later. Takes place in England, everyone speaks with a British accent.
2. Tomb Raider. Angelina Jolie speaks with a British accent.
3. League Of Extraordinary Gentlemen. I didn't watch this sorry excuse for a movie, but I've seen the previews and they speak with British accents.
4. Johnny English. You got it! British Accents!
5. Pirates of the Carribean. Does anyone in this movie speak like a good ole corn fed red blooded american??? NO!
The hollywood left has orchestrated a blitz on the American public trying to Euro-PEON-Ize us! We all know liberals are obsessed with Europe, they think it's some kind of utopia where everything is perfect and everyone is open minded (yeah that must be why we're number 1 and they're not) anyone who plans on going to the movies this weekend... don't, unless you want to be brainwashed into speaking with a British accent.
When I told my brother Pirates of the Carribean sucked, he called me a wanker and pulled his glove off and slapped me across the face with it! We had to watch Gods & Generals 6 times to get him back to normal!

People posting threads early in there FR career are often targets of the ZOT, usually rightly. Kudos to you for putting this vanity in the right forum (General Interest) you might not be a troll, maybe.

2. Your post doesn't really say much other than appear to be an uneducated, xenophobic rant against a perceived dominance of british accents in recent movie releases.
3. Trolls sometimes come to FR to post disruptive (or in some cases inane) items in an attempt to get inflammatory or "hateful" comments posted that may then later be cited as examples of the troglodytes that post on FR.
For those reasons, your posting of this thread appeared somewhat suspect. If you are not a troll, then post some replies to some of the more active threads and see how FReepers engage in serious discussion of issues around here. Also, check out some of the General Interest threads and post some replies on those. You'll find that while we engage in some pretty serious discussions, most of us have a good sense of humor. If you find that worthwhile, welcome to Free Republic. If you prefer just to bash foreigners or engage in juvenile rants, you probably won't like it here very much.
