wow, you don't? i never had chinese til i moved to DC. xshub would not touch it with a ten foot pole, but the kids and i love it. had it yesterday for dinner, as a matter of fact.

It is so easy to do-you can get the sesame oil and seasoning in the ethnic section of the market, choose your meat and veggies and away you go. We developed a taste for Oriental food in the military, like a lot of people do. My only regret is that I can't use my wonderful old wok that sits in a ring over an electric or gas burner, and which I have had for nearly 26 years. I have to use a big saute pan instead, because it is verboten to put a wok that sits in a ring directly on a Jennaire smooth cooktop.
