or high plateau prayers

The Guardian of the Lair
He stands guard upon the crest
She prepares a place for him
To lie and rest
His only need
The poetry of the night air
and knowing she is there
He stays his watch never tiring
To fight battles when they come
And Commence firing
Aware he will never need her
She is complete, knowing he is there
