I am concerned too, not just for Bush, for the entire country. The left has gone way beyond politics now and they are downright nasty and endangering our security. <

I'm disgusted with the Rats but not all that worried about Bush winning in 04. I think that people are turning off their tv sets, tuning out politics right now, prompted by the egregiously slanted news, obvious to anyone with an IQ of 13, and the 100% negative Rat campaigners. The public may not "approve" of Bush in answer to poll questions, but they'll vote for him because there's simply no one else to vote for. Hitlery is not a viable option at a time when national security, terrorism, etc are, if not at the forefront, at least in the back of everyone's mind.

Also, let's wait to see what Rove pulls out of the hat as the election gets closer. Saddam and bin Laden on matching marble slabs would be nice and could be accomplished. They may be on ice already.

I do wonder how Bush keeps going with wave after wave of negativity spewed at him from media and Rats. We need to hold him up in prayers as much as we did before the election.

What has been refreshing to hear on FoxNews today is the acknowlegment that the media hasn't presented a balanced picture in Iraq. And Fox has been giving the story air time consistently today,

Senator Mitchell is testifying somewhere on Capital Hill as to his observations in Iraq and the poor image the media is portraying. Another Fox correspondent, also just back has been very vocal about this. And now on Vesters Day Side, they are about to air a story about a human shield who now thinks he was completely wrong to protest the war and that what we did was right.

It may not last, it may not be happening on other cable networks (I don't even expect the alphabet soup channels to step up on this one), but it's a breath of fresh air for today at least on FOX.
