i was contacted by foxnews to be on at 12:30pm tomorrow to discuss the rush situation.

i know what to say about the espn situation but the drug one is the one that hit me hard.

this is a very sad day! i hope rush tells us something, anything soon; so that i can know what angle to use in defence of him.

one thing is for sure, if this is true, this will make his haters very very happy. they have been looking for something to bring him down with!

oh well i am hoping rush says IT AINT SO but if is, we should support him in getting the help he needs, not discard him over one bad deed.

I did just hear that Foxnews has discovered there is some real evidence being gathered against Rush.

I barely caught an Orlando Salinas report but the jist of it was that everything was true. Didn't seem to be a very 'fair and balanced' coverage. I've always been a little suspicious of Salinas's sypathies.

No, he never said he was a saint. He did rail for years against liberal drug users and has continually supported the WOD.

I don't know about these charges, have to wait and see. But if true, credibility is gone and so are a huge number of listeners. You can't have credibilty on a subject if you are a hypocrite.

Rush is the "truth detector". You'll do just fine. So many are sticking with Rush, through thick or thin. Other talk show hosts are supporting him, their callers are and lots of freepers think there's fact mixed with a lot of fiction going on. I heard that Rush is doing two hours on the radio tonight in explanation. I think it's at his web site. Please advise if you'd like me to ping you the link. I seem to remember someone looking exactly like the person in those pictures on that show several times who also claimed to be running an escort service in Florida.

babe, i was there today and the host won't let anyone bring it up. but it was invaded by hard-core libs from pod that were just waiting to start making fun of rush ....they all came from POD. so i was sort of glad that host did not want us to discuss it. it was so quiet in the room because most fans were just dumb-founded.

the host did say that we can all talk about it onc rush says something about it tomorrow!!
