politics are crap anyway. you can't trust the left and you can't trust the right. the only way for there to be change, is for there to be a change in mindstate. we need politicians who understand that office was never meant to be held as a career, but as something you did as your civic duty after aquiring your personal fortune. i hate to use the example but, Jesse Ventura. He never wanted to do this for long and he didn't. He set an example. We should all follow (without the body slams of course,......well, maybe one on Dean,..........YEEEEEHAAWWWWW)

I agree that change is unlikely without a change in the mindstate. Politicans are ruled by special interest groups that pay for the reelection campaign. i would love to see to whole lot of them get thrown out of Washington. Regardless of the party hey belong too! The congress might as well take the rest of the year off because nothing will happen out of fear it may cost ther man the election.
