The Constitution Party is on the ballot in enough states to get a majority of the electoral vote. While not being on the ballot in every state is a disadvantage, it does not automatically eliminate its candidate from contention. Although it is unlikely that Roy Moore could win enough of those states to get elected, it is not impossible.

Moore and nader are protest candidates and nothing more. They don't have a shot to win. That being said, protest candidates are not bad, if they are pushing for something you really support. It is a way to have your voice heard and it usually has an effect.
Nader's run in 2000 has definitely had the effect of making the democrats more aware of their left flank and may have played a role in the selection of the liberal Nancy Pelosi as their House minority leader (over a moderate). I think Pat Buchanan in the past has certainly made the republican party think twice about its base support.
Strong support for Ray Moore may cause republicans to again adopt some new postions on things such as school prayer (remember Reagan made a string commitment to bring back school prayer), seperation of church and state, abortion, etc. A strong run by Moore may force the republicans party to move to the right ... at least on certain issues.

It is IMPOSSIBLE!!!!!!!!!!! If Moore has the hubris to run, there will be still only be two candidates that will collect ALL the electoral votes, BUSH and KERRY. If your goal is to sabotage Bush you won't. Even if Moore turns out to be a arrogant egotist. Only a fool would think his Christian view point and defense of the ten commandmants makes him qualified to fight a war and run this country. You will have less impact on Bush than the minuscule impact Nader will have on Kerry!
