We had been expecting this loss. Janklow ran over and killed a man on a motorcycle while running a stop sign. How does someone expect a no name candidate to come in a few months and win against someone who is well known? At least he is keeping it close. Lets nominate a good looking republican woman and then run her against Herseth.

Narrow loss will do, says Diedrich in S.D.

SIOUX FALLS, S.D. — Republican congressional hopeful Larry Diedrich is effectively conceding defeat in today’s South Dakota special House election before the polling booths even open.

The former state senator dramatically ratcheted down expectations during an interview with The Hill at his campaign headquarters, saying he would be happy to lose to Democrat Stephanie Herseth by only five percentage points.

That little carpetbagger, StepHillary, squeeked her way to six months in the House with a bare 1% of the vote (approximately 2,500). But the general election is coming up & Dietrich is still running for the seat.

It's disgusting she got there at all. But it will be great to see her butt booted out!
