Forget secession. The liberals can leave, but make it so they can never come back & we keep the land.

No, we don't want to get rid of the real estate (actually I live in a "Blue County").

Also, I don't like all this "Red" and "Blue" business just because somebody made a map. Whoever did it probably colored the Leftist states blue because to make them red would have been too obvious and too inflammatory, since Leftists are closeted Marxists to begin with.

The Leftists should be referred to as "Red".

The best thing to do is just let them wither away. They're self-destructive anyway. It's just a matter of time.

If they keep up all this hate-filled propaganda, the American people are going to vote them all out of office sooner than they think, and they show no evidence of understanding this or of learning from experience (if they could, they wouldn't be Leftists in the first place).

All we need to do is keep them from harming the rest of us and let them self-destruct.

The American Heartland--Bush Country--is healthy, energetic, alive, hearty, visionary, imaginative, and ascendant.

Leftists are a decadent, self-destructive, imploding, dying breed.

All their hectoring and braggadocio about being productive is just more of their delusion.

They're a bunch of parasites, and if it were not for Heartland Americans, these Leftists would be living under a Third World Marxist dictatorship (which is exactly what they have in mind for the rest of us if they were "productive" enough to implement their agenda).

Why states? Many blue states are blue because of urban areas. Most counties in those states are red.

Maybe we should just throw out the idiots that keep trying to divide this country?

No, the War of Northern Aggression settled the question whether states could leave. This is a case of states being evicted against their will by the vast majority of other states. I do wish the founding fathers had written in a process for the eviction of states, a kind of divorce, on grounds of irreconcilable differences.

Actually, if you look at the New Hampshire Constitution (which went for sKerry only because tens of thousands of MAssHoles crossed the border and voted in New Hampshire due to absurd same-day voting), it explicitly states that New Hampshire has the right to secede.

All that Lincoln's War decided is that the side with the heaviest artillery wins. e could yet have a divorce, either amicable or with spilled blood. Not advocating, just observing.

Exactly. Which is why I love the "BLUE" states gun control. We will have all the weapons.

I do resent everyone being labeled together just because they happen to live in a state that went for the wrong candidate. I live in New York State, a Blue State,I voted for Bush, and in fact New York State outside of NY City is largely a red state.

Arnold is going to attempt to do something about the gerrymandering in CA to make districts more fair. Maybe some hope for the Left Coast.

I would find it incredibly funny to watch the economies of the Red States go to hell without the urban centers of commerce like New York, Boston

Likewise, it would be very amusing to watch the big cities starve without the agricultural products of the Red States.

Our first step should be removing blue state senators from red states. We should have a safe majority and not have to worry about Lincoln Chafee and the nutty sisters from Maine.

well I can think of a Blue State Senator from a blue state I'd like to see out of the Senate, and If I mention that I'm from New York State again, I think you can get the picture of who I mean. She's only using the Senate as a stepping stone to the White House anyway.
