Who should I support for a senate bid?
TOPICS: New Jersey
KEYWORDS:
Who should I support? I think it's time for NJ to pursue change, away from corrupt Democrats like Jon Corzine and Jim McGreevey, Brett Shundler I could support but who is actually running?

Kean is the obvious choice, a Repub. over the leftist Menendez. Kean is the son of a former, very good Pub gov. He is a moderate conser. and well thought of. If any Pub can get elected in NJ, it will be Kean.

After his performance on the 9/11 cOmmission, I don't see Daddy being much of an asset.

"Who should I support?"
Think for yourself! Read what you can about the candidates and choose the one that supports your way of thinking.

First of all, I want to offer you may condolences. New Jersey conservatives don't have many good choices this year, certainly not at the statewide level.
In the U.S. Senate race, the only feasible option is state Senator Thomas Kean, Jr. Kean is not a conservative, but he'll support President Bush on Federal judgeships and keep Harry Reid from being Majority Leader. Kean does have a conservative primary rival, but he's not a strong candidate and supporting him can only benefit the corrupt Democrat incumbent, Senator Robert Menendez.
Conservatives should cut their losses in this case.

Tom Kean, Jr. isn't his father!
To: John Geyer
I never said he was. Read post#2 and then my post #3 to get the context of what I said.
