U.S. carrier help? (Admiral offers help to China)
Adm. Tim Keating, the U.S. Pacific Command leader, told reporters during his visit to China last month that while building and operating a carrier battle group is complex, the United States is willing to help.
"We would, if they choose to develop [an aircraft-carrier program], help them to the degree that they seek and the degree that we're capable, in developing their programs," Adm. Keating said.

Where is that going to bring to in 20 years?
I would love to give them some of our tech and help them build a fleet. If you ask me it is tactically sound. Even if they would change the things we gave them we would still know it’s core weaknesses and I guarantee we aren’t giving them our best stuff. Probably crap from he 80’s or 90’s and as I stated before we would know everything they have. Also, if they become dependent on us for weapons tech then who do you think they are going to call to service it? We can gather intel and if they get squirrelly then we can do to them what we did to Iran with the F-14’s, cut them off and let it all wither on the vine. As far as Gulliani I have to agree with you on the Amnesty Bill. Anyone who passes that into reality just shot Lady Liberty right through the eyes.
